Lord Black elected to the board of WAN-IFRA

Guy has been elected to join the Supervisory Board of WAN-IFRA (the World Association of News Publishers).  The key aim of of WAN-IFRA - the global organisation for the world's press - is to protect the "rights of journalists and publishers around the world to operate independent media."
